Agile Accredited training is available as "online live training" or "onsite live training". Online live training (aka "remote live training") is carried out by way of an interactive, remote desktop. This course provides guidance into the process Owner responsibilities so they can describe what they are doing as a process and provides the education needed to oversee the design, re-engineering and improvement of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes; particularly in the context of Agile Service Management. Participants learn how to apply Scrum practices to Process Owner responsibilities and use Agile and Lean principles and practices to put in place ‘just enough’ process and how to continually align process performance with overall business goals.
The aim of this course is to provide a deeper understanding of agile and digital in a governmental context. After exploring digital and agile, mindset and behaviours, the course will explore some of the main agile methods, techniques and tools and show how they can be used effectively. The course will also consider the latest guidance on agile in the public sector space and the main digital governmental standards. Course delivery is through a mixture of presentations, exercises and interactive activities and can be conducted in person or remote.
