R Training for Public Health Intelligence Analysts The pace/escalation of content was good - it built up from the basics quite naturally into some advanced automated markdown examples. It was really helpful to see a final working example using the elements from lessons earlier in the day & gave me some inspiration for how to apply it to my work. I was also pleasantly surprised that it wasn't just focused on R markdown in that it was also a broad overview of R, and confirmed that my prior learning had been on the right tracks & expanded on it.

Subversion for Users I found the course a good introduction to the Subversion process and being a first time user I feel that I will be able to use the practises learned on the course to good effect in my day to day work. The course notes and exercises were well written and the trainer was able to convey the principles behind the course to a high standard.

React, Redux and TypeScript The example apps we built demonstrated the powers of React etc in a simple to understand way and will act as a good reference in future.

- UBS AG

Course: React, Redux and TypeScript

React, Redux and TypeScript I liked that after each part of theory, we got to try it out. I'm always better at learning by doing, so I thought it was very good. The trainer was very patient as well and made sure that everyone in the class understood the concepts and whenever someone struggled, he was more than happy to help. I thought the training was overall well balanced.

Module (LOT) 6 -Modelling and Forecasting for Government Teaching style, some modelling techniques i didn't cover at university (i.e Neuron networks)

Aaron Naylor - Capita Business Services Ltd

Course: Module (LOT) 6 -Modelling and Forecasting for Government

Module (LOT) 6 -Modelling and Forecasting for Government The trainer was very good, taking us through a lot of complicated statistical theory and methods in a fairly comprehensive way in a short amount of time. It was also useful to see a lot of these statistical techniques be done on STATA, giving us a clearer idea of how we can actually use these in practice, and what they look like to use. The focus on time series was appropriate for government work. (However, no one there really used STATA for their day-to-day jobs, maybe demonstrations on R in the future would be even better? Though the trainer did take us through some stuff on R, which was helpful).
