APMG Training in Glasgow

This instructor-led, live training in Glasgow (online or onsite) is aimed at project professionals and governance stakeholders who wish to use the AI Project Governance Framework to govern AI-enabled projects in a practical and responsible way.

By the end of this training, participants will be able to: explain the framework, define governance roles, assess AI risks and controls, and apply governance practices across the project lifecycle.

By the end of this training, participants will be able to: apply the framework to practical scenarios, identify AI governance risks and gaps, tailor governance activities to project context, and improve oversight of AI-enabled projects.

The aim of this course is to provide a deeper understanding of agile and digital in a governmental context. After exploring digital and agile, mindset and behaviours, the course will explore some of the main agile methods, techniques and tools and show how they can be used effectively. The course will also consider the latest guidance on agile in the public sector space and the main digital governmental standards. Course delivery is through a mixture of presentations, exercises and interactive activities and can be conducted in person or remote.
