Requirements

This intensive course introduces delegates to the structure, content and analysis of corporate financial statements. This course is highly practical and delegates will prepare and analyse financial statements to reinforce their learning. After an introduction dealing with the principles, concepts and terminology relating to accounting and finance delegates will be introduced to the legal framework and model of incorporation. Delegates will learn how to assess the health of their own organisations and make comparisons with competitors and industry norms using an array of analytical techniques including horizontal, vertical and ratio analysis.
