No special knowledge is required. Enterprise integration or SOA knowledge may be beneficial.
This course has been created for people who want to easily share their contacts within or even outside the organization.
Participants will learn how to share contacts across many platforms and clients (Outlook, Lotus Notes, Evolution, etc...) as well as how to integrate the contacts with a CRM system and enable further integration using SOA and ESB.
The security issue and scalability will be mentioned as well.
During this course, all examples will be shown using Open Source solutions (OpenLDAP), as well as integration with proprietary clients (Ms Outlook and Lotus Notes).
