Practical Scrum for New Masters Training Course

This course is designed for recent graduates of a CSM courses containing practical advise to make the first few months of being a ScrumMaster easier. Patterns, best practices and more to improve being a ScrumMaster, extracted from personal experience, thousands of posts to popular mailing lists and hundreds of conference presentations.
The course is designed to give new CSM a toolbox of patterns, best practices and exercises to better apply Scrum to their organisation. This includes modules for

In Scrum common mistakes can be avoided, accelerating the adoption of Scrum by teaching skills learned by applying this iterative methodology on a variety of products. Situational Leadership skills boost the ScrumMasters' confidence. Key skills are substituted with knowledge learned by delivering products utilising Scrum.

You are either a Certified Scrum Master or have a good understanding of Scrum and its application.
