Training FAQ

NobleProg FAQ

Q: Why do the prices change?

We have some complicated rules regarding the calculation of prices. It works like an airline company managing ticket prices.

Usually the earlier you book, the cheaper it is. The system optimizes the group size, so you usually have a group of 2 or 3 people.

Q: Does the training price include VAT?

No, and in most cases the applicable VAT rate will be added in your invoice.

Q: Do you accept credit/debit card payment?

Yes, we do accept debit/credit card payments. If you want to pay via credit or debit card, please choose the appropriate option on the booking form.

Q: Is lunch included in the training price?

For most Public Training taking place between 9.30am to 5.30pm, lunch is included in the training price.

For individual or closed training, it is stated on the quote.

During the training, refreshments will be provided.

Q: Do I need to bring my own computer?

No, we have laptops for delegates to use. They are 2GHz, 64bit Core Duo processors with 2GB RAM and 17'' LCD screen. In rare cases where better hardware is required (for example, advanced Oracle courses), we can provide appropriate machines. If you would like to use your own computer, please check with your trainer and they will tell you if this is feasible or not.

Q: How can I pay?

Once you submit a booking form for a specific training course, payment should be made within three working days from the date the invoice is sent to you, if you pay via BACS or cheque. If you pay via credit or debit card, payment should be done immediately.

There are various ways you can make a payment for the booking:

  • BACS/CHAPS Transfer
  • Online Payment (Via Credit or Debit Card through WorldPay)

BACS/CHAPS Transfer

After submitting the booking form with Bank Transfer selected as your preferred method of payment, a pro-forma invoice will be issued to you via email. This pro-forma invoice is sent in advance of the training being conducted so that you can proceed with payment. This is not a real invoice. The real invoice will be issued after the payment has been confirmed. The invoice will state the method of the payment and the final cost.
