The Two Angles

There are two ways in which you can generate an income from working with NobleProg. You have the option of creating an account to either become a freelance trainier or selling or leasing NobleProg your training outline(s).

For Whom

If you want to provide training on the freelance basis

If you have fantastic new course ideas

If you work full-time but you want to provide training occasionally (you need to be available either over weekends or a couple of days a year)

If you are a specialist in your field and you would like to share your knowledge with others

If you answered yes to at least one of the questions above, you may apply for a trainer account.

Quality Instructors

NobleProg instructors do more than just lecture—they actively get those participating involved in the training which makes the learning experience a lot more enjoyable. The lectures are then followed by hands-on exercises so that you master new skills right away and questions are always welcome. If this sounds like how you like to work we are the company for you.

The Selection Process

All of the trainers at NobleProg undergo a rigorous selection and must pass this process before they can provide any training to our clients. This process will prove to NobleProg that as a trainer they are capable of delivering the highest standards of quality training possible.

The first step will be the interview. This will ensure that as a trainer you have the strong communication skills which is required to ensure quality training sessions will be provided for our clients.

The next stage of the process will be the interviewee will take you through the a set of questions to ensure that you maintain the technical & practical work experience of the expertise that you stated you would like to provide training in. They will determine whether this experience will be adequate enough to provide the relevant training.

All candidates will be required to provide a brief presentation on the training that will be delivered so NobleProg can evaluate what this training would be like for a client.

Statistics (to be implemented)

Every few months you will receive an email giving you an overview of visits and comments about your training registration details;

• The number of inquiries about your training outline
• The amount of bookings for the courses you have listed and the training that you have provided
• Feedback about the training that you have provided

Trainer Account

Once you logged into your trainer account you can fill out the Trainer Information and CV forms.

This allows us to look your profile up when we need a trainer.

Once we set up an account for you, you will be able to create and edit new training outlines anytime you want. After revisions by our proofreaders and experts, we will publish it or revise it and send it for further amendments.

Once a course outline has been published, you can still make any amendments, which, of course will be revised and accepted or send to correction.

Selling Course Outlines to NobleProg

If your course outline is interesting from NobleProg business perspective, we are happy to buy or pay for lease. Each time the price will be negotiated individually, depending on the profit generated by a particular course outline.

The Trainer account allows you to be visible in our system as a trainer and publish your training outline(s). It costs nothing to open an account with us and be a memeber and it takes 10 minutes to fill out your profile and you can edit your information whenever you want.
