INSTRUCTIONS OF HOW TO PAY

Once you have made a booking for a specific training course, payment will need to be made within three working days of the invoice been sent to you.

There are various ways in which you can pay for the boking that you have made:

METHODS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED

• BACS/CHAPS Transfer
• Online Payment (Via Credit or Debit Card through World Pay) - will be implemented soon!
• Cheque/Cash (If this has been authorised by the director)

There are two methods of invoices which will be sent to you and these are explained below;

 BACS/CHAPS Transfer

After sending a booking form a pro-forma invoice will be issued. This pro-invoice is a quotation which is sent in advance of the actual training been conducted. This is not the real invoice. The real invoice will be issued after the payment cleared. The invoice will state the nature of the transaction and its final cost.
