Course Types
Closed/On-site Courses
We assume that a specific client has a group of people who require training.
These training courses may be held at the client's premises, at our premises or at another mutually agreed location, for example, at a hotel close to the client's location. Training courses can be provided in the UK or in the EU.
Public Courses
Participants come from different companies. In most cases the course program cannot be adjusted to meet specific needs not covered in the course outline. We usually keep the number of participants to an average of three per course.
Instructor-led Online Courses
The trainer and the participants can be located in any part of the world.
The participants and the trainer use specially configured and optimized computers and remote access. They communicate with each other via the internet in real-time using our web-based software. There is no need to install anything on the participant's computer.
The only one requirement is high-speed internet access and a good quality headset or hand-free handset. It is highly recommended that you should have a webcam.
We have trainers all over the world, so we can provide courses for our clients at the time most suitable for their needs.
