Benefits for Trainers

• Preference guaranteed in providing courses and consultancy in a specific area of expertise
• Participation in other NobleProg courses for greatly reduced rates (usually around 40% of normal price)
• Access to self-study materials and training materials created by other trainers (see http://training-course-material.com)
• Access to knowledge and help from other Associate Trainers and internal people
• Use of the NobleProg brand (NobleProg Associate Trainer phrase and Logo)

Requirements

• A successful evaluation interview
• Intellectual Property rights for any training materials and other work to be copied to NobleProg during the period of the agreement
• Commitment to the number of hours worked in a year (this will be dependant on the type of training courses provided)
• Attaining relevant certification as required (for example OMG Certified Expert in BPM)
• All training courses provided must use the NobleProg brand
  • Any course provided through a third party must still be delivered using the NobleProg brand
• The NobleProg Training Evaluation Form to used for each training course delivered (see http://www.nobleprog.co.uk/te)
• Quality standards to be maintained by attaining minimum required grades on the Training Evaluation Forms
• You may sell courses directly, but you are required to use the NobleProg brand on all training courses
• If requested, NobleProg to be allowed access to your company financial information
• NobleProg email account to be used to communicate with your clients
• NobleProg Skype account to be used to communicate with your clients
• NobleProg telephone number to be used to communicate with clients (in progress)
• NobleProg logo and contact details to be used in all communications including marketing (for example forums, newspapers, conferences, etc.)
